"Dude, let's go up the stairs!" Madeline instantly said as she pulled her sister by her arm, not taking no for an answer. "You're so weird." Marceline commented, while shaking her head. "NO way in hell am I going in the elevator," madeline said as they went up the stairs without stopping. Below them, Sam, Colby and the triplets were starting their video. However, they did not bat an eye to each other yet.
After a long walk up the stairs, the girls finally made it to their room. "I am getting comfy and watching bridgerton. Want to join?" She asked as she took off her shoes and plopped on the bed. Marceline nodded.
"Sure, just give me a minute to go to the bathroom, I might take my makeup off." Madeline nodded as she turned on netflix while the older Dane went to the bathroom. Deciding she did want to take off her make-up, she used a washrag and did her normal routine. She took her hair out of her ponytail and took out her contacts. Putting on her glasses, she left the room and looked at her sister, who seemed to be enjoying her show.
"Took you long enough, wanna watch." Marceline made a face as she nodded, before she left to grab her wallet. "I'm going to the vending machine want anything?" Madeline looked at her phone seeing that it was midnight, "nah, I'll take a water though." Marceline gave a thumbs up and shut the door behind her.
Walking to the vending machine that was a couple doors down, she pressed the buttons for her snacks and drinks, but nothing happened. Leaning her head back in annoyance, she tried one more time, but again nothing worked. Rolling her eyes she walked over to the elevator to go down stairs, hoping that they work.
She made her way to the elevator, pressing the button for the lobby.
"If there's a lady out there that wants to join me in the elevator you may, I'm going down back to one." She heard a boy's voice say. Furrowing her eyebrows she stepped into the elevators view and jumped in her spot as a boy her age let out a scream and cursed the word "sh*t."
"Oh my god! Dude, you can't be inviting random ladys into the elevator with you, that's weird." Marceline said as Matt took a minute to catch his breath, he quickly waved his hand in front of the door so it wouldn't close on her. She went inside, standing on the left side of him.
He put down the camera, but he forgot to turn it off.
He scratched the back of his neck, embarrassed and still a little jumpy. "Sorry, I'm doing a challenge with my friends," Marceline nodded as she gave him a smile.
''You're going to one too?" She asked. Matt nodded.
"I'm Marceline," Marceline said introducing herself as she held out her hand to him. "Matt," he answered shaking it.
"So, what challenge are you doing?" She questioned him.
He put his hands in his pockets, "the elevator game. Apparently this hotel is haunted, and we're trying this thing out." Marci's eyes widened as Matt looked at her. "Haunted! So Madeline was right, huh." Matt looked at her before they saw they reached the lobby.
"You're staying here?" He asked as she nodded, hearing cheers come from the other side. However, a tiny yelp was heard as one boy who looked like Matt saw Marceline. "Well, you didn't bring a ghost girl, you brought a real one."
"No sh*t, Chris." Matt said as the boys and Marceline laughed.
"Wait, are you staying on the fifth floor?" Matt asked as everyone waited for her answer.
"Yeah... room 530." The boys all looked at each other as Marceline rubbed her arms.
"You don't mind being filmed, we have a youtube channel. We want to prove the paranormal to people, and that's why Matt here was doing a challenge." A blonde boy said as Marceline nodded. "Yeah sure, I don't mind."
"Would you like to answer some questions?" The boy standing next to the blonde said, as Marceline nodded once again. "I would love too. However I have to get some snacks and drinks for my sister, the vending machine didn't work on my floor."
"Yeah, I think it's near the front doors. We'll be here waiting!" The blonde said as Marceline smiled and headed in her direction, shortly after she was gone, the boys started to talk to Matt.
